I had the pleasure of meeting Robert Holdstock who wrote the novella "The Dark Wheel" which came with the Acornsoft game in the 80s at the Nottingham GameCity festival this week (October 2009). After a reading with accompanyment from the Nottingham University choir singing "The Blue Danube" we chatted about publishing and nonsense poetry...a thoroughly pleasant chap.
It's nice when you're not let down by your inspirations..........
